Jasmine yawned begrudgingly as the warm rays of the sun bothered her out of slumber. She gave a deep inhale of the crisp palace air as she rolled among her silk sheets and stretched her lethargic muscles- giving off small groans as she did so. Her eyes still comfortably shut, she soon realized her usual morning lethargy and crankiness were completely absent- her body was refreshed, she had the wonderful presence of early morning energy, and her mind was relaxed. She'd slept like a baby, and now felt absolutely wonderful She began to ponder the cause of this unusual early morning bliss.
Leah watched only for a moment as the car sped out of the lot, then shut and locked the door. Several years ago a wealthy alumnus had set up funding for a nearby animal research park on condition that the park provide the school with live tigers during football seasons. At first the tigers were merely displayed at the games in cages but recently that had changed. The present pair had been acquired by the park from a circus, and since they were already trained they had been gradually worked into half time shows. They had been trained to do a few stunts with the cheerleaders and Leah had worked with them all of her four years at school, until she had become quite used to being around them. As captain of the cheerleaders Leah took her mascot caretaking duties seriously, which was why she stayed behind and sent the other girls on to the party.
Nobody ever really visits the City Zoo in the dead of Winter, especially not when there's still a good two inches of white "partly cloudy" on the ground from the past weekend's mis-forecast snowstorm. As usual, though, the groundskeepers had dutifully cleaned off all the roads and pathways and the sun had finally decided to poke its shiny head through the gloom. In fact, if not for the snowdrifts and the occasional twenty degree breeze, it might almost be mistaken for a Spring afternoon. To my way of thinking, this was the best time to visit the Zoo.
Susan stretched her arms as she headed over to clean her last exhibit. She was distracted that day so forgot to put panties on once again as she quite often does, and had to wear a skirt since she couldn't find any more shorts that were cleaned. It was early in breeding season; the Zoo had started a tiger breeding program, bringing in a new male Kahn. Unused to his presence the keeper had forgotten to bar his cage from the exhibit, Kahn prowled on the edges watching Susan move. She was not a tiger like he'd seen before, but she was a she, and that was all the excitement Kahn needed.
